About TURTL HOME IMPROVEMENTS

 TURTL Home Improvements was founded by Graham in 2026 after more than 10 years working within Adelaide’s home-improvement industry.

During that time, Graham worked with several large companies and saw how stressful the experience could become for homeowners: aggressive sales tactics, confusing discounts, unclear product information and poor communication once the contract had been signed.

TURTL was created to offer a better way.

Our focus is simple: provide honest advice, quality products, experienced trades and genuine support from the first appointment through to installation, handover and any future warranty requirements.

 A home-improvement project should feel exciting—not daunting.

Customers deserve to understand what they are buying, what is included and who will take responsibility for the finished result. They should not have to chase multiple departments or be passed between a salesperson, installer and office whenever they need help.

At TURTL, we manage the entire customer experience.

Graham remains personally involved from the beginning of each project through to completion and after-sales support. Our tradespeople are carefully selected, experienced and appropriately licensed within their fields, with some team members bringing close to 30 years of industry experience.

We aim to make every stage clear, organised and straightforward.

 The name TURTL is inspired by the turtle and the principle that slow and steady wins the race.

We are not interested in chasing short-term profits through pressure selling or unrealistic promises. We want to build the business steadily through quality work, satisfied customers, referrals and long-term relationships.

The turtle also represents protection.

A turtle’s strong outer shell protects what is inside. In the same way, our products and services are designed to protect your home from the elements and help create a more comfortable, functional and enjoyable place to live.

 We believe the best home-improvement product is one that performs exactly as promised.

Once it has been installed properly, it should continue doing its job quietly and reliably without becoming another problem for the homeowner to manage.

South Australia has a demanding climate. Our homes face intense sunlight, heat, wind and rapidly changing conditions throughout the year. Products manufactured and tested locally are designed with those conditions in mind.

Imported products may perform well in milder climates, but Adelaide homes require materials proven for our environment. We choose products based on performance, durability and suitability—not simply the lowest available price.

 We engage and manage the tradespeople completing your project, allowing TURTL to remain responsible for the work from beginning to end.

You will not be told to contact the installer while the installer tells you to contact the company. When you choose TURTL, we remain your point of contact.

Should a question, concern or warranty matter arise, our role is to help resolve it—not pass responsibility elsewhere.

 Although TURTL was established in 2026, the experience behind the business extends much further.

Graham brings more than a decade of industry experience, while other members of the team have worked in their respective trades for up to nearly 30 years.

Every trade is selected based on experience, licensing, reliability and attention to detail. We work with people we trust to represent the standard TURTL promises its customers.
